I had an exceptional experience with Florida Trailer Solutions from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how helpful, patient, and genuinely kind everyone was throughout the entire process. Cole in sales was fantastic and knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. You can tell he truly cares about taking care of his customers. Andrew in service went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. His attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and it gave me a lot of confidence hitting the road knowing my trailer was ready to perform. Amanda, the title clerk, made what can sometimes be a complicated process feel simple and stress free. She was organized, efficient, and incredibly pleasant to work with  exactly the kind of person you hope to have guiding you through paperwork. It’s rare these days to find a team where every single person delivers such a high level of customer service, but Florida Trailer Solutions clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. What a wonderful family run business! Personally went to 5 different places to look at enclosed trailers, and it seemed like the sales staff forgot to read the sales literature for what they were selling. When I called Florida Trailer Solutions, Mike (one of the owners and GM) answered the phone, no automated answering service here. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Drove out to their place from Clearwater and purchased a Rock Solid Trailer. I wish they were my neighbors so I could have the family over for a cookout. My experience was amazing! Mike and his wife came in a little after hours on Saturday to help me with a sale on my dream trailer. I am so grateful and amazed at the service that’s provided. He taught me everything I needed to know about hooking it up and towing it. Thank you! Not to mention the fair price on the trailer and the accessories That I needed. No regrets here! Everyone at Florida Trailer solutions helped make it an easy purchase.  They had the trailer waiting outside for me to view after I called to inquire about it.  They also helped me set up the electric brakes, showed me how that works with my new truck, registered my trailer with the county, and provided me with new locks.  Would 10/10 go back.  Friendly and helpful, found the best price around, and they were lovely and thoughtful folks to boot!  (hope all the kittens that found their way into your yard that day found homes!) Great experience doesn’t come close. I had my first gooseneck hitch installed on my Ram, and I’m glad I went with this store. I had plenty of questions and doubts, Michael went the extra mile explaining things and making sure I understood everything. I had called other stores shopping around for the best price before I found them, these guys beat everyone by a few hundred bucks. We just bought a 6x12 TA w/ramp. Kind of a difficult find and once you do find it, it's PRICEY. We rolled in a Cole (owner's Son) greeted us truly with service on his mind. Let me add he was busy doing lot work. He stopped what he was doin to help us WILLINGLY without bother. We told him what we were looking for and after discussing several trailers he found what we wanted. He took me in the meet the Father, Mike. Mike was Super willing to take the time to make sure I got the great price I wanted and threw in a matching hitch for us. Great Folks! Great Service, Great Prices, and just a welcoming atmosphere where you feel like Family. We shared some stories and it felt like old friends. We didn't want to leave em, but it was closing time😂Can't say enough about this NEW family that owns Florida Trailer Solutions.
